Affiliations A Southern Living Custom Builder The Southern Living Custom Builder Program recognizes the South's finest custom homebuilders who exemplify Southern hospitality and take pride in a revival of craftsmanship. Members of this program are well-established professionals. All members must have an excellent reputation among both their peers and consumers. As members, their homes must demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail. They must be financially sound with excellent credit based on reviews of their submitted suppliers and financial institutions. Henley Homes is proud to be the exclusive program participant for the Texas Hill Country.
The Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin is a trade association that promotes, protects and educates its members and informs the home-buying public. Gary Henley currently serves as the Vice President of Education on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
As a separate Council within the HBA, the Custom Builders Council (CBC) members are principals of building companies that specialize in building custom homes in Austin and surrounding communities. Members share ideas, solve business and construction problems, combine efforts on projects of common interest, and stay current on industry issues.
This Council provides information, certification, education, and recognition programs geared to keeping remodeler members competitive. In addition to keeping members up-to-date on issues such as lead-based paint and hazardous materials, Council staff members are on-call to members who may need resources.

Henley Homes is a proud member of AUSTIN NARI whose members have access to the latest in remodeling knowledge and technology and abide by the code of ethics that demands NARI members to treat customers fairly and professionally. AUSTIN NARI is the Central Texas chapter of NARI, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. This means Henley Homes has access to the latest industry news and state-of-the-art developments through regular meetings, advice from experts in the field, publications and networking events. |
